The FaultManager runs on a secure web server and can be accessed via all current browsers as a responsive web app. Via a secure connection, the fault reports can also be processed on a smartphone while on the move.
The FaultManager can be connected to existing systems and solutions, e.g. GIS system, GE network control centre, etc. We can check the systems you use in a joint discussion and add them later if necessary.
After logging into the WebApp, our predefined workflow already starts. You are guided step by step through the FaultManager. Our intelligent guidance system points out all important data records to the respective user so that no mandatory fields are overlooked. Thanks to the secure documentation, the data is always at hand and immediately available to you.
The assignment to the responsible technician already takes place when the malfunction is recorded. The technician is informed and has the message in his overview on the dashboard. The current status can be viewed and edited there. Assignment to another technician is also possible. Since the responsibilities are clearly defined in our FaultManager, only the technical manager can close the corrected fault and thus finally accept it.
You can purchase the current version of the FaultManager without any further adjustments. This version contains all the functions that we have already developed for the Gronau municipal utility. Find out more in the Stadtwerke reference or in a personal conversation with us.
You can also further develop the FaultManager together with us. You will receive the standard licence and we will clarify in a joint meeting which requirements you are missing. We can then incorporate these into the FaultManager at a later date.
